The purpose of my advert makes a clear message to the audience/viewers out there because the purpose of my product is to beautify your fingernails, hence why the name of the product is called "Polished" and the word polished means to make the surface of something to be smooth and/or shiny. With things being smooth and shiny it would attract more people (mainly girls) to buy the product so that they could stand out more than having plain boring nails. "Polish" can also refer to shoe polish, furniture polish, etc. but my advert is clear enough that it is nail polish as it shows fingernails been coated with nail polish.
The main idea for the advertisement is both creative and original as it uses a product that is already been made from an early day and it also has it's own features that makes it better than the original products that are out there in the market today. The creative side of the advertisement Is that the formula of the nail polish is shinier than other polishes and as seen in my TV advertisement, the colours on every fingernail looks so stunning. Overall I think my advert did great in both creative and original ideas.
The advert itself was appropriate for the target audience and this was a reasonable choice why I aimed it at teenage and above girls is because now a days they tend to seem more worried about their appearance or even to look good in front of their friends. The advert was really relevant because it had words used during the advert such as "Stunning", "Alarming" & "Bright". These words were used to attract more women to see this advertisement and wonder to themselves that they really do need this product so that they could get their fingernails looking nice as hell. But overall the advertisement was both appropriate and relevant for the target audience.
In fact my original tension was to make an advertisement on chocolate and  it was kind of a tight decision really, my ideas were to make a chocolate better & sweeter but then again I had doubts such as losing customers & viewers. People don't really want chocolate to be very sweet as it increases the chance of diabetes so I decided to pair up with the person who came up with the product idea and we made this crazy invention.

A lot of still shots were taken but there was use of pan in different clips and this helped the advertisement come to life much more. Whilst editing putting the advertisement all together I decided to give a bit of a twist by starting off with the persons hand moving in slow motion and writing over the top saying, "A Vicardi's Production" I used this as I thought it would get the person to not wait for the advert to start. Also a voice over was added to the advertisement so it doesn't just sound plain even though there is a music track in the background. The music track is by Lenka and it's called "Shock Me Into Love" and this goes with the type of advert because it sounds girly and feminine which attracts the female species very much. Hint, a very good song could attract more peoples attention even if they don't like the advertisement, in a way this is also promoting the artist and the song.

In conclusion, the advertisement was put together in an extraordinary way, adding voice overs, background music, special effects & use of vocabulary. All of these features were used to help influence the viewers of the advertisement to purchase the product and hopefully this is a persuasive way of getting customers to buy my product and also give recommendations to friends or family and even give feedback on how we could improve or what they really loved about how the product was presented.

My final production resulted to something different to what I had planned. The order of shots and scenes were placed in a different order opposing to the suggesting storyboard. This was mainly because one of the actors was not able to make it in on the desired shooting day and it lead to me making a few last minute arrangements. The beginning of my project was to start with a flashback scene of me mixing songs as it shows what I do in my free time. The reason why I couldn't film it and include it in my video was because I didn't have a tripod at the time to place behind me and capture me actually mixing the songs in real time. As this was a problem, I decided to make an introduction with myself rapping a part of my song to the camera in selfie-mode. Despite the fact that I had to rearrange a few scenes and include new ones, the whole production didn't come out badder than I thought. I managed to fit in close-ups, mid-range shots and also a established shots too. Establish...

Evaluation Of Radio Advert

At the end of making my radio advert it all was a dream come true but I had doubts that it wasn't good enough the way I planned it in and imagined it in my head. I felt the advert sounded great but could be better, like the way I recorded the voice overs, they could of been edited to make it sound much more clearer as if I actually recorded this thing for an actual radio station to broadcast out. I also felt like I could of used a better bed or range of different beds to signify the difference between the ups and downs of the information being provided throughout the advert. Nevertheless, the sound effects I used in my advert never clashed with the background bed I used and this was an amazing achievement for me meaning I had less to worry about in order of putting this advert together. It was also tricky to find a strong enough sound effect (Thunder Struck) to represent a real life sound to resemble fear/excitement to my product idea. The main reason for the use of the thunder st...

1. I think my audience's expectation would be something that catches their attention to the eye. They would expect to see a plot that encourages adrenaline which would spark the "action" to progress in the film. Commonly in an action films my audience would love to see popular stars name on the billing block before they watch the movie because it gives them a brief idea of how this movie could be like if they watch it. For example, they would base my movie on the way that actor has given a certain amount of energy to previous movies and it would encourage/discourage the audience to watch my film. In addition to that, I have included a lot of big stars to my movie so i have no doubt that my audience would be discouraged to watch my film. 2. The emotional response i would love to receive from my target audience is excitement because my movie will contain "ooh ahh" scenes and unrealistic events happening but at the same time i wouldn't want to encourage my vie...
